Greetings!
Our next community meeting will be Tomorrow, February 28th (from 7:00 pm to 9:15 pm eastern time) and we would love to see you there! Community meetings are where we have discussions about and make decisions for upcoming camps and SpiralHeart as an organization via consensus process.
The main agenda item for this meeting is refining our Covid policies for camp, specifically a masking policy and a policy concerning how to handle requests for refunds due to covid symptoms or test results. In preparation for this meeting, we are asking for a bit of crowdsourcing of research. If you know of another/similar organization’s policies (especially concerning masking) that might be shared with us via a link to their website, please add it to this document (Other organizations’ masking policies) as a comment.

Also, our media cell chair, Pigeon, is looking for someone to take over that role. They are happy to train their successor in the next coming year.
Also, as a heads-up, one of our priorities for the March 20th Sunday (9am-5pm) meeting will be setting the intention for SpiralHeart Camp 2022. We have previously reached consensus on the “Revisiting Alice” story to be our story/theme for camp. “Revisiting Alice” joins an Alice reimagined for our time as they once again visit the Wonderland/Looking-Glass world and find it curiouser and curiouser (and perhaps more familiar for all that.) This version of Alice turns the story upside down to interrupt and shift the oppressive systems of our culture.
