Gwion Raven (he/him) is a tattooed Pagan, writer, traveler, musician, cook, kitchen witch, occult shop owner, teacher and author of The Magick of Food and co-author of Life Ritualized. Although initiated in three magickal traditions, Gwion describes his practice as virtually anything that celebrates the wild, sensuous, living, breathing, dancing, ecstatic, divine experiences of this lifetime.
Born and raised in London, England, he now resides in Northern California and shares space with redwood trees, the Pacific Ocean, and his beloved partner.

Lu (they/them), is a trans nonbinary, eclectic, whimsical, kitchen brujx. They have been a solitary practitioner since 2017. Fast forward to today, they are a first degree initiate Gardenarian Path, and slowly but surely gaining attunement in Reiki Energy Healing. They love anything and all magic. Lu currently works in an Occult shop called Milk and Honey in Sebastopol, California.
Originally from Los Angeles, now rooted in Northern California amongst the redwoods and their beloved community. Lu has been cooking since their teen years, and officially got started in commercial kitchens in 2017 at Sonoma State University Kitchens. (Fun fact; this was their first job ever!) They worked their way up the leadership ladder and have been in love with cooking since.
