Full vaccination is required for admittance, and proof of vaccination is required prior to arrival at camp. Ops will follow up and ask for photos of vaccination cards upon registration. For medical exemptions to be honored you must have a letter from a doctor saying that vaccination is contraindicated, and giving you clearance to attend the camp environment. (Camp is a congregate setting, with singing in groups, and high heat very possible.) We require that non-vaccinated people have a negative PCR Covid test shortly before camp, and we will reimburse you for the cost of the test if it’s a financial burden to you.
If, on July 1 or later, you test positive for Covid, you have Covid symptoms, or have been exposed to someone known to have Covid, we ask that you not come to camp. Notify registrar@spiralheart.org for a full refund (including your otherwise non-refundable $100 deposit).
- We will provide surgical and N95 (or equivalent) masks at camps.
- Masks are required indoors except when eating or in your own cabin.
