SpiralHeart is offering its 16th Annual

WitchCamp

Saturday, July 25th, 2009 through Saturday, August 1st, 2009
on the land of the Four Quarters InterFaith Sanctuary, Artemas, PA

Whether you're new to Witchcraft, a seasoned practitioner, a long-time Solitary looking for community, or even someone who doesn't identify as a Witch but is curious, respectful, and willing to participate, there's something in our cauldron for you!

Using a myth to guide us through the week, we celebrate and learn through learning, practice, story, song, and ecstatic ritual. The myth we will be following this year is that of Brigid.

Most of our workshops are not Tradition-specific, so if you are a practitioner of a Tradition other than Reclaiming, you'll still be able to learn and enjoy.

About us:

SpiralHeart is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing education & training in the Reclaiming Tradition of Witchcraft. The Reclaiming Tradition originated in San Francisco, from the work of Starhawk (author of The Spiral Dance) and members of the Reclaiming Collective. SpiralHeart's workshops, classes & public rituals are open to newcomers and experienced practitioners alike, and are held throughout the United States' mid-Atlantic region.

SpiralHeart Sponsorship Project for the Open Hearth Foundation

SpiralHeart has become a Foundation-Level sponsor for the Open Hearth Foundation, a group dedicated to building a place in our Nation's Capital where Pagan groups can easily have meetings and events. This has the additional benefit of increasing SpiralHeart's visibility in the greater DC Beltway Pagan community.  In order to support this effort without burdening camp fees, we have established the Zodiac fund where community members can sponsor a sign of the Zodiac towards this effort.

Sponsor for Capricorn '08: Brydie Firedragon
Sponsors this past year: Frosted Wheat, Caillean, Evelyn, Anns, Wolf, Johanna-Hypatia,and Sheila.

To make an $80.00 tax-deductible contribution to sponsor a Zodiac sign in 2008, click here to go to our Zodiac fund donation form.

If you believe Spiralheart provides a worthwhile service to our community, please consider giving a tax-deductible donation to help us continue to grow!
