List Your Event on our Web Pages!

If you would like to see your event listed on SpiralHeart's "Classes & Events" web page, first check to see if it meets our web listing criteria. If it matches, then please fill out the fields below. Fields marked with a * are required. If you have difficulty using this form, let us know; email media@spiralheart.org. SpiralHeart reserves the right to edit, reclassify, hold-off or refuse to post your event, with decisions based on web page listing criteria below.

If your event doesn't meet the criteria, consider emailing the event to our announcements list. Please give us five business days before asking "did you forget to post my event?", as this is still a human-powered process. We'll send you a confirmation email once the event has been posted. If you need to update or cancel your event, directly email media@spiralheart.org.

Criteria for Listing Your Event on Our Web Site

Your event must meet one of the first three classifications, plus #4 below:

  1. "Official SpiralHeart Event":
    a. the event is fully funded & insured by SpiralHeart, with ALL monetary surplus (after cost reimbursement) going back to Spiralheart (an 'underwritten' event), or
    b. the event is partially funded or insured by Spiralheart, with a set percentage of monetary surplus going back to Spiralheart (a 'sponsored' event).

  2. "Reclaiming Related Event":
    The event would be a Reclaiming Tradition "core class", or a Reclaiming or Feri workshop in which profit is not necessarily given to SpiralHeart (although if you plan to tithe back to SpiralHeart, please mention it in your event description!). This also covers announcements of local pagan-cluster meetings that will be attended or hosted by Reclaiming or SpiralHeart members.

  3. "Events of Interest":
    These would be events that aren't specifically Reclaiming related, but would be of interest for those looking to build their spiritual tools, such as a Wendy Palmer "sensate intuition" class, for example.

  4. PLUS all of the above categories of events must meet the additional criteria:

SpiralHeart reserves the right to edit, reclassify, hold-off or refuse to post your event, with decisions based on the web page listing criteria above. If your event doesn't meet the criteria, consider instead emailing the event to the announcements list, where the criteria is less stringent (see below). Or, go back to the form.

Criteria for Submitting Your Event to the Announcement List

Your event must meet one of the two criteria below:

  1. Either meet the Web Listing criteria above, or
  2. It can be an event not put on by members, or events put on by members that don't fulfill the web criteria, but that are nevertheless of interest to the SpiralHeart community and positively reflect our values.

Any email submission is reviewed and "approved" by the list moderators before it actually appears on the announcement list. Please give the announcement one to three business days to appear. SpiralHeart reserves the right to edit, hold-off or refuse to post your announcement if your event does not meet the above criteria, or is somehow questionable. Email your event announcement to: sph_announce@spiralheart.org. Text information -only- in the body of the email; the list does not allow attachments (flyers, brochures, posters, files, documents, etc.).
